Q: Michele, you are deeply embedded in the Feng Shui community. Tell me a little bit about how you got started and your journey to this moment.
A: Michele has worked on Wall Street and has a technology background. In 1999, she joined the BTB program in NY (the second graduating class!) and completed her BTB M.F.S. (Master of Feng Shui). Michele still teaches the Real Estate BTB Masters course online and remains an active member of the community. Michele also has her yoga certification and is a practicing Buddhist that brings her compassionate heart to every consultation.
Q: What is one of your major pride points along the way?
A: Michele was living in Tucson and approached Canyon Ranch Spa about creating a Feng Shui program for guests visiting the Ranch. She saw that so many people were visiting Canyon Ranch to overhaul their lifestyle and hit the reset button, but once they returned home, they were slipping back into old patterns. Michele offered Feng Shui sessions to help the clients see their space as medicine and to continue the healing journey once they returned home. Michele is responsible for creating and launching the Feng Shui experience at Canyon Ranch!
Q: What is your Feng Shui superpower?
A: Michele realigns her clients to be guided from within. Her mantra is “self is guru” and she is able to translate ancient wisdom to be relevant and down to Earth. Michele creates Empowerment Charts for her clients to best navigate their life and dreams. Michele is a 6 Metal and is excellent at helping her clients to reframe their current life situations to be empowering and transformative. Michele’s Feng Shui signature was teaching businesses how to create community. From the famous salon, Suite 303 to Bob Thurman’s Buddhist Centers in New York—Michele has integrated Feng Shui, community, her powers of observation and ancient wisdom to foster amazing results. She creates clients for life!
Q: After 17 years in business, do you have a niche?
A: Michele is focused on co-creating energy rich nature-inspired sanctuaries for her clients. Michele loves the educational aspect of Feng Shui and writes a monthly column for a few publications. She also regularly gives workshops and teaches members of the East Bay Women’s Association and OBAR (Oakland/Berkley Association of Realtors).
